Ordering Information
- Minimum order is $30.
- We ship only to the United States (except Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands).
- All addresses must be complete and correct. We do not guarantee delivery when is incorrect address.
- We cannot ship to FPO, APO, and PO BOX.
- We will not be responsible and will not refund any money for spoiled products due to shipping delays caused by weather or any other acts.
- We cannot refund your money if you don’t like the taste of our products.
- Sales tax is included.
- Please order through our web site. Orders are securely processed through Pay Pal. To place an order, Click on the Add to Cart link. You will be taken to PayPal's secure server cart, where you will log into your PayPal account to finish your purchase. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will be prompted to open an account. It's quick, it's easy, it's secure and it's free to buyers.

Shipping Information
- Shipments are made Monday to Friday (except Holidays) by UPS ground, overnight or 2nd day air.
- Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or during the holidays will be processed on next business day.
- All perishable foods are fresh frozen and shipped with dry ice in Styrofoam boxes. ATTENTION: Be careful with a dry ice and read the instructions on plastic bags!
- We recommend Overnight Shipping or 2nd Day Air for perishable foods. Standard shipping is at the customer's risk.
Returns and Exhanges
Refunds will be made or products will be exchanged for the following reasons
- Spoiled or damaged products on the expected delivery date
- Expired products
- Product wasn’t ordered or wasn’t approved for replacement.
Client must contact us immediately for further instructions. Do not refuse or return damaged products to us. We will instruct you what to do.

When you order from us, we collect your billing name, billing address, shipping name, shipping address, email address, and phone number. All credit card information is collected securely via PayPal. We will retain a record of your purchases.
